I’ve been designing services and products since 2000, across a number of industries, from health, finance, education and retail in the UK as well as the US and China.
I’m currently focusing on designing and testing Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Premier Inn is a British hotel chain and the UK's largest hotel brand, with more than 65k rooms, 750 hotels and 27k employees across 5 countries.
The company is part of Whitbread plc, a top UK FTSE 100 brand, and accounts for 70% of its earnings. In 2014 Whitbread launched Hub by Premier Inn, the UK’s first compact and city centre hotel with its own app as part of its tech hotel concept.
Costa Coffee

Costa Coffee is a British multinational coffeehouse company, the second largest coffeehouse chain in the world behind Starbucks and the largest in the UK.
Acquired by Whitbread plc in 1995, it was sold in 2019 to The Coca-Cola Company in a deal worth £3.9 billion, and has grown to 3k stores across 31 countries, 2k UK restaurants, over 6k Costa Express vending facilities and a further 1k outlets overseas (including 395 in China).

Aviva plc is a 300-year-old British multinational insurance company headquartered in London, it has about 33m customers across 16 countries. The top UK FTSE 100 company is the largest general insurer and a leading life and pensions provider in the UK.
In 2015, the company set up a venture capital fund, Aviva Ventures, with over £100m to invest in digital and new technology businesses.

The university operates the world's oldest university museum, as well as the largest university press in the world and the largest academic library system in Britain.
West Kowloon Cultural District
UX Strategist, UI Developer
The West Kowloon Cultural District is an international-grade arts and culture hub on an area of land in West Kowloon and the largest arts and cultural project in Hong Kong. Comprising 400k sqm, the district includes 17 core arts and cultural venues, numerous theatres, concert halls and feature a new museum of visual culture under the management of the WKCDA which is directly financed by the government.
