UX Strategist

2017

My last consulting job at AND Digital was for British Airways. I was part of the product discovery team working on the future services and experiences for a new mobile app sponsored by Oneworld, an alliance of fifteen of the world’s leading airlines, and piloted by British Airways. The alliance's stated objective was to provide the highest level of service and convenience across almost 1,000 destinations in more than 150 countries worldwide.
