UX Lead, UX Designer, UX Researcher
The role at Costa Coffee required someone with an extensive experience in the entire product design with particular focus on mobile, someone who could facilitate the alignment of business plans and strategies adding the customers perspective to it.
As the expectation was to follow an evidence-led process and be able to show how customer insights have been translated into quality, I used a customer-centric approach through research, analysis and testing to help my client scope and roadmap the project. I worked with both customers and the Agile development team to ensure design vision was delivered as expected, and facilitated workshops and presentations to senior management.
I also collaborated closely with Marketing to deliver digital guidelines and allow a consistent and aligned experience on all touch points. I helped in the recruitment and on-boarding of new design resources as well as develop capacity to take on additional design and UX work.
