During my time at Aviva, I was responsible for the delivery, quality and success of the user experience for some of the most important projects in the company: MyAviva, Pension and Savings & Retirement. My main focus was on the redesign of the main journeys and most critical pages of their websites using a data informed and customer-centric approach. We went through several design iterations using data mining, user research and prototyping aimed to integrate with business objectives and product roadmap prioritisation. My solid understanding of Agile UX provided the basis for cross-functional collaboration across different locations (London, York and Norwich) where team members contributed to ideas, shared responsibilities and shaped the product roadmap.
