At Whitbread, I redesigned the InTouch mobile app used by the Whitbread Communications team as a two-way communication and engagement channel with Premier Inn team members. The scope of the project was to evaluate the app usability, identify areas for improvement and replace the branding with a neutral look and feel. The quality of the work I produced played a crucial role in ensuring that our deliverables were understandable, actionable and influential within the time frame given by the client.
